Villa Maria 2011-2012 Fishing Report
January 20th to 26th 2012 - by Sean Blaine

Fishing is continuing to get better at Villa Maria, this week: 29 fish over 15lbs and 15 more sea runs of 20lbs or more! Fishing is still low and slow but the tactics we are using, usually heavy tips with rubber legged, bead headed nymphs and buggers seem to be working for us.

Bella Vista 2012 Fishing Report
January 22nd to 27th 2012 - by Nico Czerwinski

Another very experienced group to come to Bella Vista with each angler having been to a Nervous Waters lodge before. Fishing the same conditions - quite slow and hard. However some really good results such as the fresh fresh 17lb hen as well as lots of brownies between 2 and 4 pounds!

Kau Tapen 2011-2012 Fishing Report
January 21st to 27th 2012 - by Jean Baptiste Vidal

A week at Kau Tapen Lodge to remember. An all American group again with some experienced Kau Tapen anglers and other newbies. Everyone enjoyed themselves with very similar conditions as last week – lowish water and finding that small nymphs worked best. However the pools are alive with fish as shown by the number we caught!

2011 Fall Fishing at Abaco Lodge
By Oliver White

After category 3 Irene passed directly over the Lodge we got underway with the fishing and the bonefish are in abundance and are very good sizes - even mythical double digit giants were heard of. We also have been catching a few juvenile tarpoon and occasionally seeing permit and mutton snapper.

Bairs Lodge - End of Season 2011 Report
Spring season at Bair's Lodge on South Andros

All in all you could describe the bone fishing as outstanding on South Andros. The general consensus of our long-time visitors is that there were more and larger fish than in years past.

Pira Lodge - End of Season 2010-2011 Report
A season to remember - By Tito Saenz Rozas

Even in the slowest days of fishing we were still catching between 15 and 20 Dorados per day. Some of them reached the size of 7 pounds which is huge considering that we were fishing with 6 weight rods. February closed with an average of 30 fish per angler per day!

Futa Lodge - End of Season 2010-2011 Report
Futa proves its uniqueness for anglers and non-anglers - By Brian McKnight

Our first season at the Futa Lodge has come to an end and we are happy to report that all has been spectacular in this magical valley. The Futaleufú river was at a great level (low) all summer and the water was very clear. These conditions were optimum for the dry fly fishing, although the streamer fishing was productive as well, especially for the bigger fish.
